What is Hooman Made?
Hooman Made is a small-batch, human-grade meal service for dogs in Metro Manila.
We create a rotating monthly menu using real, kitchen-style ingredients so your dog is not eating the exact same bowl every single day.
At the heart of Hooman Made is a simple belief:
dogs have a short life, and they love food more than anything.
They will sit, rollover, and gently place a paw on our hand for a bite of something they enjoy. So while they are here with us, we want them to be able to taste as many safe, dog-friendly ingredients as possible.
Hooman Made exists to create fresh, human-grade bowls that let dogs experience different textures, colours, and flavours from a wide variety of ingredients that are edible for them.
It is our way of honouring how much they love food, and how little time we actually get with them.
What do you mean by “human-grade”?
Human-grade means two things for us:

We only use ingredients that are safe for humans to eat.

We prepare them in a kitchen setting, like real food, not like feed.
No feed-grade meat, no neon colors, no strange artificial flavors. Just real ingredients, cooked gently and arranged for dogs.
Do you use organic ingredients?
We prioritise organic and better-quality ingredients where it matters most, especially for:

Ingredients that are often more heavily sprayed
Because of how sourcing works in the Philippines, not every single item will carry an official “certified organic” label. Our approach is simple and honest:

Happy Pup Meal is for dog parents who want to elevate their dog’s usual bowl with something fresh and human-grade, whether they currently feed kibble, home-cooked food, or a mix of both.
Think of it as a joy bowl or topper experience. It adds real-food textures, colors, and aromas that make mealtimes more exciting and enriching, without asking you to completely change your dog’s entire diet.

How does the rotating monthly menu work?
Every month, we release a new Hooman Made lineup:

Recipes built around seasonal and locally available ingredients

Some favorites may return, but many bowls are limited to that specific month

You will see labels like “December lineup” on the site
This keeps things interesting for your dog and allows us to choose ingredients that are at their best that season.
Can I mix Hooman Made with kibble?
Yes. There are times when our own dog still eats kibble too.
Most natural and fresh-food options are expensive and not always realistic for every family or every meal. The most important thing is that we are giving our dogs the best we can, with what we have and what fits our lifestyle.
Hooman Made is here to add variety and fresher options beside what you already feed, whether that is kibble, home-cooked food, or a mix. I even personally know a dog who lived up to 18 years eating kibble.
If your dog has a medical condition or is on a prescription diet, it is still best to speak with your veterinarian before making major changes.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes, we offer annual subscriptions.
Because the menu changes every month and many dogs need small customisations, our subscription service is more personalised than what a standard order page can handle.

From there, we help you schedule deliveries so your dog’s meals stay aligned with each month’s lineup.
How do I store and serve the meals?
You will see storage and serving instructions on your packaging, but as a guide:

Refrigerate meals if you plan to serve them within the recommended number of days on the label

Freeze meals if you want to extend shelf life, then thaw in the refrigerator overnight

Serve slightly warmed or at room temperature, not very cold and never extremely hot
If anything ever looks or smells off, do not feed it and contact us.
Where do you deliver?
We currently serve select areas in Metro Manila using third-party couriers such as Grab and Lalamove.
